Chances are if you landed on my blog, you are me. You’re tired, overworked, detached, and feeling motherhood and all the responsibilities that go along with it hitting you like a brick. You cry every time you try to put on clothes, and forget wearing a swimsuit or a nice dress.

I promise I’ve been there. For 6 years I struggled through two pregnancies, and the yo-yo health affects that came with those. I’d lose weight here, and gain weight there. And then with my second child Covid and lock down hit, not only did I have a GIANT baby (11 lbs), but my body just refused to come back.

I didn’t recognize the person in the mirror anymore, and it wasn’t just because of the number on the scale.

This blog is dedicated to YOU. The mama’s (or really anyone) who is feeling overwhelmed, unhealthy and just trying to survive. I’ll outline how I lost weight, the products and programs that actually helped me, and keep you up to date with how I’m currently doing, as it’s only been a few month since I hit my goal weight (and cholesterol readings).

In May 2020 my weight peaked at 218 Lbs. (I’m 5”5’) and I had ZERO confidence in every aspect of my life. Through all the inches of fat consuming my body (and soul) I had completely lost my identity and self-worth. I was so depressed. Not to mention very uncomfortable. It got to the point where just putting my shoes on was a task that zapped me of what little energy I had.

IT WASN’T UNTIL JANUARY 2021 THAT I DECIDED I HAD TO MAKE A CHANGE…

And I did.

I went from 218 Lbs. to 165 Lbs. losing a total of 53 Lbs!
